He joined VINCUE this spring in a role the company has never had before, and his entire focus is on you, specifically, making sure you’re taking full advantage of everything VINCUE has built for its dealers.
A Brand-New Role Built for You
VINCUE just created something it’s never had before: a Dealer Experience Concierge. Alex is the first person to hold this title, and his entire job is to make sure you’re not leaving value on the table. That means he’s not your performance manager. He’s not calling to review your numbers or audit your store. Alex is your go-to for everything on the experiential side of VINCUE, the events, the education, the insider access that helps you and your team get more out of the platform you’re already paying for.
