GM IMR Turnkey Vendor: VINCUE Co-Op Reimbursement

Published On: October 8th, 2026Categories: #TeamVINCUE, Technology

Franchised GM dealers can now put co-op dollars toward VINCUE. Since September 18, 2026, VINCUE has been an approved GM IMR Turnkey vendor, listed on General Motors’ in-Market Retail (IMR) program vendor list. That gives Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, and Cadillac dealers a direct way to use GM dealer co-op reimbursement to help cover the platform they already run.

How GM iMR Turnkey Reimbursement Works

VINCUE’s approval means eligible GM dealers can get up to $500 a month of their VINCUE spend reimbursed through GM’s co-op program. VINCUE handles the process end to end. Here’s how it works:

  • 1
Enroll directly with VINCUE. No GM portal and no onboarding packet. Just get set up with your VINCUE account team.
  • 2
VINCUE submits the billing file to GM on your behalf each month.
  • 3
GM pays VINCUE on the 28th of the following month and applies the reimbursement to your account.
  • 4

Anything exceeding $500/month is not eligible for match funds and will be considered a no-match claim. That amount shows as its own line item, so the invoice stays easy to read.

  • 5
Billing questions go straight to VINCUE. One team, one point of contact, start to finish.

What This Means for GM Dealers

  • GM helps cover the bill. Up to $500 a month per dealer of eligible VINCUE spend is now reimbursable through IMR.
  • No extra paperwork. VINCUE files the billing on your behalf, so there’s no separate claims process to manage.
  • Approved vendor confidence. VINCUE sits on GM’s official IMR Turnkey list, so there’s no case-by-case approval to chase.
  • One point of contact. Enrollment, billing, and questions all run through VINCUE directly.
  • Clear, predictable invoices. Spend over the cap is broken out on its own line, which makes GM co-op funds easier to track for dealer software.

Built on an Approved, Trusted Standing

This is a program approval, not a new build. It covers VINCUE’s existing inventory management platform and the same pricing, appraising, stocking, and sourcing tools dealers already rely on.

VINCUE is now recognized by GM as an approved Vehicle Inventory Management Company vendor. It’s also authorized to use the IMR logo and the “approved vendor” designation in its marketing, a clean path for dealers to direct GM co-op funds to dealer software without a lot of back and forth.

Our Dealers Can’t Stay Quiet on Google

Launched VINCUE a couple months ago for our dealership as we were previously on vAuto. We love the pricing, software, and the support team is engaging with a lot of new features coming. It was a GREAT decision to switch from vAuto to VINCUE and we are very happy with the new software and support team.

New to the VINCUE family, and I’m very impressed with the immediate support provided by the team. Charlie Basham has been a key factor in getting the dealership started on a great path with the VINCUE system. He has been very responsive to my questions and has made sure I can navigate the key reports and understand the process used. Cheyenne Currier has also been very responsive with merchandising uploads needed by the dealership. I look forward to working with the VINCUE Team in the future.

Was previously with another provider for 16 years but now have been with VINCUE for 6 months and I absolutely love it and would never go back to my old provider. Even if you’re not considering making any changes right now, this is one I would look into and you won’t regret it! What I realized is how behind the times my previous provider is and I didn’t even realize it until I learned about VINCUE!
