
UNLEASHED25: VINCUE + Tekion Integration Spotlight
At UNLEASHED25, VINCUE President Danny Zaslavsky and CEO Chris Hoke welcomed Pedram Faed, SVP and GM at Tekion, to the stage to discuss their integration partnership built on real-time data and seamless connectivity.
Faed explained why Tekion chose to partner with VINCUE: “This is a company we really need to watch and make sure we’re at the cusp of innovation.” The integration focuses on what Tekion calls the “Connected Spine”, eliminating fragmented technology stacks by connecting CRM, service suite, inventory data, and customer databases into one unified system that delivers VINCUE’s trade intelligence across every touchpoint.
The partnership solves a critical challenge in service drive acquisition. Rather than the old approach of “putting the salesperson who sold the least number of cars in the service lane,” this integration embeds trade intelligence naturally into the customer experience. When service customers receive repair order updates, they simultaneously see personalized trade-in opportunities based on real-time equity data and inventory matches.
Faed emphasized the power of this approach: “The integration has to not only be smooth internally, but it has to be smooth externally to the customer base as well.” By combining Tekion’s real-time data delivery with VINCUE’s trade intelligence, dealerships can compete with the future of automotive retail.
