Accelerate Dates *
  • Photography & Video Consent. By attending this event, you grant the event organizers permission to capture your likeness through photography, video, and audio recording. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, and printed materials. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify the event staff upon arrival.
  • Registration Fees & Billing. By submitting your registration, you authorize the event organizers to charge the applicable registration fees to the account associated with your name. All fees must be paid in full prior to attending the event unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Refund Policy. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days prior to the event date are eligible for a full refund of registration fees. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance.
  • Travel & Accommodation. All attendees are responsible for arranging and covering their own travel, lodging, and incidental expenses related to attending the event. The event organizers are not responsible for any travel disruptions, cancellations, or additional costs incurred.
  • Liability Waiver. The event organizers, venue, and sponsors are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during or as a result of participation in this event.
  • Event Changes or Cancellation. The organizers reserve the right to modify event details, including schedule, speakers, or venue. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registered attendees will be notified and refunds will be processed in accordance with the refund policy.
