There’s a moment that happens in almost every dealership. A manager who’s sharp, hungry, and full of potential has great strategies, and maybe even great results, but doesn’t realize there’s an entire layer of tools sitting inside their platform that could take everything they’re already doing and make it even more powerful. What Is VINCUE Accelerate?

VINCUE Accelerate is an immersive 2-day training experience at VINCUE headquarters in Kansas City, designed to accelerate everyday users into the highest performing dealers on #TeamVINCUE.

Through deep-dive workshops, live product coaching, and insider strategies, Accelerate equips dealers with the tools, data, and confidence to maximize every feature of VINCUE. It’s not a webinar. It’s not a slide deck. It’s hands-on, high-impact, and built around the way dealerships actually operate.

What to Expect Over Two Days

The Accelerate curriculum is built around the way dealerships actually operate, by function. Attendees work through dedicated breakout sessions covering every major area of the business: planning, managing, buying, and selling.

Before the training even begins, attendees gather for a networking event the evening before the official day one, a chance to meet fellow dealers, connect with the VINCUE team, and walk into day one already feeling like part of the cohort. It sets the tone for what Accelerate really is: not just a training, but a community.

Day one runs the full playbook, Plan, Buy, Manage, Sell. Attendees work through each pillar of inventory management in dedicated deep-dive sessions, each followed by a live breakout and group feedback round so the learning doesn’t just stick, it gets applied to real dealership data in real time.

From identifying sweet spots in your inventory mix and building a data-driven buy plan, to reconditioning speed, aging strategy, and price-to-market execution, by the end of day one, attendees have a clearer picture of where their operation has gaps and exactly what to do about them.

Day two goes deeper on two of the most high-impact areas of the business. The morning is dedicated to new car strategy, inventory performance, pricing alignment, and how new and used operations work together. The afternoon shifts to appraisals: cost-to-market discipline, acquisition opportunities, and an open Q&A where attendees can bring their dealership-specific challenges to the table.
