Meet the Team: John Morris, Senior Sales Manager
John Morris didn’t stumble into VINCUE, he chose it. As Senior Sales Manager, John brings years of automotive industry experience and a clear-eyed perspective on what separates companies that talk about innovation from the ones actually building it. When he was being recruited across the industry in late 2019, VINCUE stood out. He joined in January 2020 and hasn’t looked back.
Before landing at VINCUE, John had conversations with several other companies in the dealer technology space. None of them could match what he saw being built here. The innovation was real, the momentum was visible, and the people behind it were genuinely invested. For someone who’d spent years in automotive, that combination was rare enough to make the decision easy.
Ask John what makes VINCUE different and he doesn’t lead with product — he leads with people. “We care,” he says. “If you see the passion behind the people working here — sales, marketing, development, support — the people really, really care.” That’s the culture John shows up to every day, and it’s the culture he helps build for every dealer partner VINCUE works with.
