If you were with us this year, thank you for the impact you have on both our team and the evolution of this industry. It’s hard to capture the intensity and excitement we felt at this year’s conference, but the closest we can get is this: from unifying networking events and deep-dive performance management breakouts, to 16 major product reveals and keynotes from industry leaders like Brian Benstock, Team Velocity, and motivators like Donnie Campbell –– here’s everything you need to know about the week that shaped the next year of automotive retail.

What Really Fueled UNLEASHED25

UNLEASHED25 had no shortage of big moments, but across every keynote, breakout session, and after-hours conversation, a few themes defined the entire experience.

Community & Authentic Connection: From the Day 0 pep rally to the open house and every networking moment, UNLEASHED was about building real relationships. Dealers, partners, and all of #TeamVINCUE shared ideas, swapped playbooks, and created a united atmosphere from the moment they arrived.

Shared Vision & Dealer-Led Innovation: The Product Vision & Roadmap session was a high-energy, 90-minute reveal from President Danny Zaslavsky and CEO & CTO Chris Hoke, showcasing 16 new product launches going live by NADA, including major partner integrations and the debut of Trade Cycle Intelligence, co-developed with Team Velocity and Spyne.ai. But the alignment didn’t stop there. Through roadmap reactions, breakout discussions, and the Best New Feature Challenge, dealers made their voices heard and directly influenced what VINCUE builds next.

Practical, Actionable Growth: Breakout sessions zoomed in on the real pressure points dealers face: omnichannel acquisition, inventory, and merchandising. Every conversation focused on takeaways operators could apply immediately, with outcomes that drive measurable results, streamline workflows, and boost performance across their stores.

Partnership & Collective Momentum: With more than 20 sponsor partners onsite, plus live demos, sponsor-led networking, and onstage integration announcements, UNLEASHED showed how innovation accelerates when the entire ecosystem comes together with one purpose.

The Moments Everyone’s Still Talking About

UNLEASHED25 kicked off with big energy, and it never really slowed down. From the moment everyone showed up for the open house, you could feel the vibe: this wasn’t going to be your typical conference. People were connecting fast, conversations were flowing, and the whole week felt more like a community gathering than an industry event.

Tuesday set the tone for what UNLEASHED is really about. A surprise pep band opened the morning, the Product Vision & Roadmap blew the room open with 16 major partner and product announcements, and dealers immediately started digging in together. The conversations that followed, in sessions, in breakouts, in hallways, were all focused on what’s next and how we build it together.

We kept that momentum rolling with big-name keynotes, packed breakout workshops, and a Sponsor Expo that turned into one giant collaboration zone. Everywhere you looked, partners, dealers, and our team were trading ideas and swapping playbooks.

By Wednesday, the room felt locked in. Donnie Campbell’s keynote hit home on leadership and purpose, and then the Best New Feature Challenge took over, easily one of the most fun moments of the entire week. Dealers pitched ideas, voted live, and picked the feature we’re now committed to building before NADA 2026. Across all three days, the theme was clear: UNLEASHED this year wasn’t just something you attended, it was something you helped shape.

Continuing the Momentum

UNLEASHED25 wasn’t just a look at where VINCUE is going, it was a glimpse at where the entire industry is headed. The ideas shared, the features launched, and the partnerships strengthened this week are already shaping the next chapter of automotive retail. And if this year proved anything, it’s that the future isn’t something we’re waiting for, it’s something we’re building together.
