Meet Chris Arnold: Director of Performance Management

Chris Arnold didn’t come to VINCUE by accident. When the software venture he’d joined was shut down after just a couple months, Chris found himself weighing two job offers at the same time. He chose VINCUE. “I believed in the vision,” he says simply.

That kind of intentionality defines how Chris approaches his role as Director of Performance Management, a position he’s held since December 2022. Before joining VINCUE, Chris spent 21 years on the dealer side, which means he knows firsthand what it feels like to be treated like a number.

“So many times when you’re on that side, you’re seen as a number. I just want to hit my quota.” That experience shapes everything about how he shows up for VINCUE’s dealer partners today. His north star is straightforward: make sure dealers know they have a voice. If something isn’t working in the platform, or there’s a feature they need, Chris takes that feedback seriously, and takes it to work.

Outside the office, Chris is a self-described Waffle House guy, a 80s cartoon loyalist (Transformers and G.I. Joe, if you’re asking), and a man of faith who starts every Sunday at church with his daughter. At VINCUE, the human-to-human approach isn’t a tagline. For Chris Arnold, it’s personal.
