A New Role at VINCUE: Meet Amanda Dominguez, Launch Coordinator
We're back with another Meet the Team! Today, we're not just introducing a new #TeamVINCUE member, we're unveiling a brand-new role. Meet Amanda Dominguez, our first-ever Launch Coordinator. With an impressive background in automotive and years of experience at VinSolutions, Amanda brings a new opportunity and way to innovate here at VINCUE.
A role built for dealers
Before Amanda joined, CEO Chris Hoke and COO Nicki Hodges saw an opportunity to enhance our dealer onboarding experience, making it more seamless, tailored, and impactful. At the same time, Amanda had her eye on VINCUE, keeping in touch with Nicki about how she could best fit into our operations.
After a short conversation with a performance manager, Nicki had her own "AHA" moment, much like the experience in buying luxury cars, VINCUE needed its own "delivery bag" experience, precisely ensuring every bell and whistle in our platform is completely understood.
That's when she knew exactly where Amanda would fit and with similar experience at VinSolutions, she was confident in the addition and implementation of this new role.
"It's all about experience," Nicki said. "This role bridges the gap between performance management, product, and onboarding. A lot of the requests that PM's get, can't always be solved on their own –– Amanda is able to understand and address all of them."
As VINCUE's Launch Coordinator, Amanda will lead quality control audits and inspections, monitor compliance, and ensure every dealer launch meets our standards. In short: she's here to make every dealer's first experience with VINCUE a winning one.

Outside of the badass work she's doing, Amanda's excited to be apart of an explosive company in automotive. From team culture to the competing head-to-head with industry giants, she's certain #TeamVINCUE is the place to be, and the best place for dealers to grow.
If you ever want to connect with Amanda, she's a fellow Taco Bell stan (vegetarian menu only), her spirit animal is a Panda Bear, and if your around her too much, you might hear her refer to her life motto, "everything happens for a reason."
