Jamie Longwell named Vice President of Performance Management

Jamie Longwell, an automotive retail veteran with over 25 years experience inside and outside the dealership, has been promoted from Director to Vice President of Performance Management. This promotion makes Jamie responsible for the success of the entire Performance Management organization at VINCUE and places him on the Executive Leadership Team.

Chief Operating Officer Nic Hodges says the promotion is an important move for Jamie and for the company. “In this role Jamie will be able to spend more time working on the business and the processes that most impact our dealers,” she says, “he will be focused on product quality and enhancements, process improvements, recruiting and talent development, and strategic accounts.”

Jamie joined VINCUE in 2023 as a Performance Manager, bringing with him almost a decade of experience helping dealers across the country onboard and maximize their investment in technology. Based on his experience and natural leadership skills, he was quickly promoted to Director of Performance Management in 2024 where he managed a team of Senior Performance Managers while also still managing a portfolio of strategic accounts himself.

In addition to managing his own dealers and his team, Jamie has been actively involved in – if not leading – a number of internal initiatives and projects.

As a Director, Jamie co-hosted the Performance Management sessions at VINCUE UNLEASHED, provided thought leadership for a number of content marketing and dealer training initiatives, helped reimagine the onboarding and Performance Management processes, and was most recently featured in the VINCUE NEXT25 virtual event.

“Jamie has really embraced and embodied our #GAMEON attitude since day one,” says Nic, “there is nothing he won’t take on and our dealers are always at the center of his thinking.” Nic says that the promotion is a big role for anyone, but everyone on the Performance Management team knows that Jamie is the right person for the job and the whole company is excited to see how Jamie will continue to lead in this way.

When he’s not building this amazing Performance Team, Jamie loves spending time with his wife Cheryl, their two dogs Dodgie and Dexter, and his 3 children: Keera (31), Kayla (29), and Jordan (27). He also has 5 grandchildren: Jayce, Jaxon, Kayden, Colton, and Everleigh. When he has downtime, he is an avid off-road enthusiast that has been on over 60 trails across the US in his Jeep Wrangler.
