UNLEASHED25: VINCUE + RockED Integration Spotlight
At UNLEASHED25, VINCUE President Danny Zaslavsky and CEO Chris Hoke welcomed Rocked CEO Matthias Stoever to the stage to unveil their new integration tackling a challenge every dealer faces: ensuring teams actually use all the powerful features available in their DMS.
After six months of development, VINCUE now features Rocked‘s Copilot, an in-app training system with bite-sized videos (5-30 seconds) taught by VINCUE’s own performance managers. Users can now learn best-in-class appraisal techniques, dashboard optimization, merchandising strategies, and acquisition methods right where they work, whenever they need it.
The partnership addresses a critical gap: dealers often say “it’s a great system, but I only use 20% of it.” Whether onboarding new team members or discovering underutilized features like ACE (VINCUE’s customer-facing tool that significantly boosts trade capture), Copilot makes continuous learning effortless.
Stoever emphasized what drew Rocked to VINCUE two years ago: “They care so much about their customers.” That shared commitment to customer success is what makes this partnership work, combining VINCUE’s powerful platform with Rocked’s low-threshold skill-building approach to help dealerships achieve best-in-class outcomes.
