
Meet the Team: John Massey
Back again with another Meet the Team! Today, we’re introducing John Massey, our Director of Product Training who’s been with VINCUE since September 2021.
John’s not just doing his job, he’s here to see where we’re headed. What gets him most excited? Change. He’s watched VINCUE transform over the past four years and he’s energized imagining where we’ll be in four more. For someone leading the team that trains dealers on our platform, that forward-thinking mindset matters.
Here’s what John loves about VINCUE: we actually listen. Dealers tell us what they need, we build it, and then John and his team show them how to use it. Simple as that.
Now for some things you might not know about John: He’s a massive history nerd. If he could time travel? Europe, 1939, right before World War II. He’d want to be a fly on the wall during one of the most fascinating (and intense) periods in history.
And if John had a superpower? Flying. Where would he go? Svalbard, Norway, apparently where the North Pole is, and where Santa lives. Makes sense when you learn that John’s not just a Christmas enthusiast, he’s the founder of Zuzu Petals, a nonprofit charity helping less fortunate families in the Kansas City area during the holidays.
