
UNLEASHED25: VINCUE + Team Velocity Announce Trade Cycle Intelligence
At UNLEASHED25, VINCUE President Danny Z and CEO Chris Hoke welcomed Team Velocity CEO David Boice to the stage to unveil their powerful new integration solving a challenge that’s plagued dealerships for over a decade: effectively scaling service lane acquisition.
The partnership combines Team Velocity‘s comprehensive equity data and vehicle signals with VINCUE’s intelligent workflow automation. Together, they’ve created what Boice calls a “peanut butter and jelly sandwich”, two companies that excel at different things coming together to solve an old problem in a new way.
The integration enables dealerships to identify trade and upgrade opportunities for every customer in the service bay, then reach them with personalized offers through VINCUE’s AI agent, Benjamin. No more chasing customers around the service lane, this solution delivers the right offer at the right time, automatically.
After six months of development, the integration went live just this week, bringing what Boice describes as “Trade Cycle Intelligence” to dealerships ready to capture every opportunity in their service drive.
