Women In Automotive® (“WIA”) is an organization committed to supporting and empowering women in all aspects of the automotive industry, and aims to serve as a stepping stone for the greater growth of women in automotive leadership roles. WIA is set to host a regional social meet up in Kansas City on March 6, 2024. VINCUE along with NCM and Chicks in Charge are proud to sponsor this event and celebrate keynote speaker Ashley Negron, Office Manager for Roper Kia in Joplin, Missouri.

The automotive industry has a long-standing reputation as a male-dominated field, but it has seen remarkable shifts in recent years.
