Meet the Team: Carissa Winslow
When you talk about the people who have helped shape VINCUE into what it is today, you can’t miss Carissa Winslow. As our Director of Client Success, Carissa has spent the past six years helping dealers and employees alike feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Looking back, she’s proud of how far VINCUE has come in that time, but what excites her most is what’s ahead. “We’re not stopping. We’re ever-growing, and we’re not afraid to get out there, show who we are, and help dealers,” she says.
For Carissa, VINCUE’s culture is what makes it truly different. “The biggest thing I love about VINCUE is that our company listens, not only to employees but also to dealers. We take feedback seriously and put it right back into making the platform the best it can be.” That culture of listening and improvement has been the heartbeat of her time here, and it’s one of the reasons she’s so passionate about her role.
Outside of work, Carissa’s life is just as full and rewarding, though in a slightly louder way. She’s a proud mom of two kids under seven, which means her days are often filled with laughter, chaos, and plenty of emojis. And since every spotlight needs a personal twist, Carissa shared her hard pass list when it comes to fashion: cargo shorts, cargo pants, low-cut jeans, and, of course, bowl cuts.. no exceptions.
It’s leaders like Carissa who bring both heart and humor to #TeamVINCUE, and who remind us that innovation isn’t just about building technology, it’s about building a culture where people and ideas can thrive.
