
What you missed at VINCUE: UNLEASHED 2024
If you weren’t able to join us in Kansas City for VINCUE: UNLEASHED 2024, you missed a lot! We tried to capture the most important moments and share them online, but what you definitely missed was the buzz of energy and excitement that was literally pulsing through our dealers, partners, and team members as we got together to learn, grow, and get better at what we do.
Below are a few pictures that I hope capture some of that energy, but I promise the actual experience was so much more impressive. As for the content of the conference, I also want to share a couple highlights that I think are important for all VINCUE dealers and partners – including some notable speakers, breakout sessions, and product integration announcements.



Industry Panels
First, I want to take this opportunity to thank the panelists that traveled to Kansas City to speak to our attendees.
Our first panel featured an incredibly impressive lineup of dealer owners who are true innovators and leaders, building their dealerships forward for the next generation. Thank you to Liza Borches, CEO of Carter Myers Automotive, Tien Huynh, Partner at the G1 Group, and Tony Harb, CEO of Just Better Cars.
Next up was an equally impressive group of thought leaders at the forefront of helping dealers build better customer experiences for modern auto consumers. Thank you to Katie Mares, Founder and Chief Inspiration Officer, Katie Mares, Paul J Daly, Co-Fonder and CEO of ASOTU, and Bob Lanham, Co-CEO of CarNow.



Performance Management Sessions
Next I want to give some love to our Performance Management team who led extended breakout sessions, moderated by Performance Directors Jamie Longwell and Christopher Arnold. They dug deep into the software and the strategies that help our most successful dealers plan better, buy smarter, and sell higher, faster.
They also invited our dealers to stand up and share their real-life experiences, challenges, and wins with VINCUE. Thank you to Hugh Palmer, and Bob Kain and David Griffith with Jack Kain Ford, for sharing their stories with the rest of #TeamVINCUE.



Integration Partner Announcements
Now I want to share some of the most impactful news from the conference. We took time to feature a few of our integration and industry partners, and some of them announced for the very first time, live from the UNLEASHED stage, new integrations with VINCUE that will truly transform the way our dealers think about the vehicle lifecycle.

Software Integration Announcements
Danny Zaslavsky recorded a short video to share the major product announcements made on stage at VINCUE: UNLEASHED 2024.
MaxOffer Backed Offers in VINCUE
First, Matt Love and Elie Elian took the stage representing MaxOffer by CarMax. MaxOffer is a free, no-obligation program that provides dealers with real offers from CarMax, no transportation fees, no arbitration. At UNLEASHED, we announced that MaxOffer is now fully integrated into VINCUE, giving MaxOffer dealers real, backed offers on every vehicle. VINCUE dealers can also see any recent offers from CarMax. This helps dealers stay in deals by giving more transparency and confidence in valuations and trade offers.
AutoAlert API Live for CRM, CXM
Lucas Bixler with AutoAlert also took the stage to announce a full integration between VINCUE and AutoAlert. Dealers can now combine real-time appraisals in VINCUE with AutoAlert’s equity mining and CRM capabilities. This integration offers automation for task management with AlertMiner Pro and greater visibility and decision making based on real-time data from AutoAlert CXM.
Rapid Recon + VINCUE Unifes Fixed & Variable Ops
Last but certainly not least, Euwart Anderson with RapidRecon Driven by Vehlo, announced from the stage a truly unified integration between VINCUE and RapidRecon, the industry’s first solution for connecting fixed and variable operations.
Reconditioning has always lived in a separate system, leaving sales managers to copy/paste or try to remember what was done by service and how much it cost. Now, RapidRecon and VINCUE dealers can see and approve work orders, costs, notes, and photos all from inside VINCUE. Your service team stays in Rapid Recon, your managers stay in VINCUE. All real-time, all accurate.



Best New Feature Challenge
Back by popular demand, we finished the week with our Best New Feature Challenge. Led by our Product Manager, Josh Van Auken, this workshop put the future of VINCUE in the hands of our dealers. Tables competed to create and design new features for VINCUE. The winning table, and reigning champion, was led by Bob Kain, with Jack Kain Ford.
