VINCUE is excited to welcome Jaden Abad to the sales team where he will share his knowledge and expertise to help dealers solve inventory acquisition and management challenges 

We are thrilled to announce that Jaden Abad has joined VINCUE as a new Field Sales Manager. As part of an automotive family dynasty, and with an impressive track record optimizing vehicle acquisition with VINCUE for the top performing Toyota dealership in the Southeast, Jaden’s possesses a truly unique combination of pedigree, experience, and passion for driving growth and innovation inside dealerships.

As part of the Field Sales Team, Jaden directly help dealers who want to solve acquisition and management challenges. He is uniquely qualified for the task after serving as Acquisition Manager at Beaver Toyota where he single-handedly bought over 125 cars a month from the public using the VINCUE Vehicle Buying Center. He’ll be a resource for dealers as they transition away from legacy systems to meet higher goals, and act as an advocate helping us improve our products and services.

Jaden is the son of Patrick Abad, one of the most respected and innovative operators in our industry, and currently the General Manager of Beaver Toyota of Cumming, one of the top performing Toyota dealerships in the country. From a very early age, Jaden took full advantage of his family connection to the car business and worked close with and for Patrick, most recently as the acquisition manager at Beaver.

Jaden says that growing up in the industry was an experience he will never take for granted. “Not only did it help me build lasting relationships, but it also instilled in me the values of determination, discipline, and a strong work ethic that continues to guide me today.” He says that what he loves about the car business is the impact we have on people. “There’s no feeling like the smile and gratitude of a customer who had a great experience and got to drive away with exactly what they wanted, especially when they thought it wasn’t possible.”

Track Record of Success

Jaden’s success in the car business is impressive by itself. As the Acquisition Manager at Beaver Toyota of Cumming, he set his own aggressive goals for sourcing the best inventory mix possible to fuel Beaver’s high sales goals. Part of that journey involved onboarding the VINCUE Vehicle Buying Center (VBC) for Private-Party Acquisition. By the time Jaden was proficient in VBC, he was buying over 125 cars a month – just from the public.

It’s that hands-on experience that Jaden is most excited to bring to the sales cycle at VINCUE. He says “I feel like I have the tools and the knowledge, and I’m ready to help dealers grow all across the country.” But it’s not just about Jaden teaching other dealers, he also sees this role as an opportunity to learn more about the business from other successful operators.

“At the end of the day, it’s not just a one-way street of me showing dealers everything and telling them how to do stuff, right? It’s about them sharing what they know and what’s worked for them, so I can learn and grow, too.”
