Jack Gronner joins #TeamVINCUE as Director of Enterprise Accounts
25+ Years of Dealership Operations Expertise Now Driving Enterprise Success.
VINCUE is thrilled to welcome Jack Gronner as our Director of Enterprise Accounts. Jack brings a rare combination: deep dealership operations experience and a proven track record of helping dealer groups scale performance across multiple rooftops.
A different kind of expert
Jack has spent over two decades living the complexity of automotive retail. He’s been a General Manager at AutoNation, led multi-franchise dealer groups, and spent a decade in performance management helping dealerships transform their operations. Most recently, he served as Director of Used Vehicle Operations at Walker Automotive, central Louisiana’s largest dealer group.
What sets Jack apart is his ability to translate from the C-suite to the showroom floor. He knows what the data says and, more importantly, how to turn it into simple, repeatable actions that work at scale.
He doesn’t talk about cool buttons. He talks about operational performance.
Why Jack Chose #TeamVINCUE
After years working inside legacy ecosystems where integration meant “we play nice with our own stuff,” Jack saw something different at VINCUE. A platform that partners with best-in-class solution providers. A team that understands enterprise dealer groups need consistency at scale with local flexibility to execute.
As Jack puts it: “Technology should respect the people who run the business. VINCUE understands that lifecycle can’t break between rooftops.”
Director of Enterprise Accounts
Jack works directly between dealer group clients and VINCUE’s internal teams to drive real adoption and real results. He connects with owners, principals, C-suite leaders, and our own engineering and product teams to align outcomes and needs.
His focus is clear: Help enterprise dealer groups turn VINCUE into an operational rhythm where lifecycle is consistent across all rooftops. That means:
Jack reports to Diego Vargas, Vice President of Dealer Services, and works closely with dealer success, product, engineering, and sales teams to ensure enterprise clients get maximum value from VINCUE’s platform.
What This Means for Dealer Groups
Enterprise dealer groups can expect Jack to bring:
Jack’s approach is simple: If your inventory operation depends on a few heroes, you don’t have a process. You have risk. VINCUE provides scalable lifecycle operational performance that’s repeatable.

VINCUE boasts an exceptional team and an outstanding platform. Our performance manager, Bryan Ball, is truly remarkable and incredibly patient. In over a decade of working with automotive vendors, I’ve never encountered a performance manager as dedicated and hardworking as Bryan and his team. Their efforts have significantly enhanced our business efficiency and success.

New to the VINCUE family, and I’m very impressed with the immediate support provided by the team. Charlie Basham has been a key factor in getting the dealership started on a great path with the VINCUE system. He has been very responsive to my questions and has made sure I can navigate the key reports and understand the process used. Cheyenne Currier has also been very responsive with merchandising uploads needed by the dealership. I look forward to working with the VINCUE Team in the future.

I use VINCUE on a daily basis and cannot imagine using any other platform. It’s user friendly with it’s drop down menu and search bar at the top of the page. So much so that I haven’t had the need to use live rep assistance as of yet.
