VINCUE Returns to NAMAD's 46th Annual Meeting

VINCUE Returns to NAMAD’s 46th Annual Meeting with Two Sessions

Published On: July 14th, 2026Categories: Events

VINCUE is proud to return as a sponsor of the NAMAD 46th Annual Membership Meeting, August 11–14 in Miami — and this year we’re bringing two sessions to the room. President and Co-Founder Danny Zaslavsky takes the main stage, and returns for a dedicated Next-Gen session built for the dealers who’ll run the store next.

Why NAMAD Matters

The National Association of Minority Automobile Dealers exists to grow the meaningful presence of minority businesses and diverse talent across automotive retail. The numbers are why the work matters: minorities purchase roughly 32% of all new vehicles, yet only 6% of U.S. dealerships are minority-owned, and 95% of minority dealers are first-generation owners. We’re a sponsor, partner, and ally in closing that gap, and the Annual Membership Meeting is one of the sharpest rooms in retail for best practices, networking, and the strategies driving the industry forward.

Session 1 — Main Stage: The New Physics of Service-to-Sales

The dealers winning right now aren’t stocking more cars, they’re running a smarter system. Working with some of the most innovative dealers in the country, President Danny Zaslavsky and Vice President of Product Daniel Govaer have mapped the missing link between fixed and variable ops: client loyalty. This session breaks down the three-prong approach the most profitable dealers run today:

  • Inventory is the brain. The right vehicle mix, priced and merchandised right, is the foundation everything else is built on. If inventory is off, nothing downstream fixes it.
  • Acquisition is the growth engine. The auction alone leaves money on the table. Growth comes from sourcing smarter — private party, trade desks, service lanes — and using data to know what to buy before you buy it.
  • Loyalty is the new frontier. The biggest untapped opportunity isn’t on the lot; it’s in the service drive. The dealers who activate that relationship before the customer starts shopping win the lifecycle, not just the transaction.

Attendees leave with a connected framework they can take back to the store and use Monday morning.

Session 2 — NextGen: The Predictive Edge

For years, dealers made their most critical calls by looking in the rearview mirror — historical data, past sales, lagging comps. The next generation of vehicle intelligence is about what’s coming, not what already happened. In this Next-Gen session, Danny shows how to move beyond historical data into predictive intelligence that turns market conditions, demand signals, and days-on-lot trends into decisions you can trust before the market moves.

What dealers will take away:

  • Cut through the noise. Too much data is overwhelming. Focus on the key signals that point to better acquisition, pricing, and merchandising decisions — faster.
  • Buy and merchandise smarter. Use the right market and performance signals to target ideal inventory for acquisition and merchandise more intelligently.
  • Price for gross from day one. Know what to price a vehicle on day one versus day 21, and know your profit before you ever make the deal.

The result: smarter buys, sharper pricing, less waste, more gross — and a next generation of managers who can perform like your best from day one.

Our Dealers Can’t Stay Quiet on Google

Launched VINCUE a couple months ago for our dealership as we were previously on vAuto. We love the pricing, software, and the support team is engaging with a lot of new features coming. It was a GREAT decision to switch from vAuto to VINCUE and we are very happy with the new software and support team.

New to the VINCUE family, and I’m very impressed with the immediate support provided by the team. Charlie Basham has been a key factor in getting the dealership started on a great path with the VINCUE system. He has been very responsive to my questions and has made sure I can navigate the key reports and understand the process used. Cheyenne Currier has also been very responsive with merchandising uploads needed by the dealership. I look forward to working with the VINCUE Team in the future.

Was previously with another provider for 16 years but now have been with VINCUE for 6 months and I absolutely love it and would never go back to my old provider. Even if you’re not considering making any changes right now, this is one I would look into and you won’t regret it! What I realized is how behind the times my previous provider is and I didn’t even realize it until I learned about VINCUE!
