How Dealers Are Turning Service Into Sales — VINCUE at ASOTU CON 2026
For #TeamVINCUE, ASOTU CON isn’t just another conference on the calendar, it’s one of the most energizing weeks in automotive retail. Built by Paul J. Daly and Kyle Mountsier with More Than Cars, ASOTU CON has always been about something bigger than sessions and keynotes. It’s about the conversations that happen in the hallways, at dinner, and in the moments between, the ones that actually move the industry forward.
This year’s theme? The Year of Humans. And honestly, that couldn’t feel more timely with all this AI talk going on.

What is ASOTU CON?
ASOTU CON is a working summit for automotive retail leaders designing how people, process, and technology operate together, dealer principals, GMs, COOs, department leaders, and operators making real decisions about growth, profitability, and technology adoption. It’s not a spectator sport, there are no monologues here. With 34+ sessions, 650+ participants, and 2,500+ dealer voices represented across four epic days, it’s the kind of environment where real problems get hashed out and real solutions get built.
This year, the event returns to Live Casino & Hotel in Maryland, a venue that makes everything easy. Sessions, networking, and dinner all under one roof, with Baltimore/Washington International Airport just 10 minutes away.
What VINCUE Is Bringing to ASOTU CON26
VINCUE President Danny Zaslavsky will be leading a Master Class titled Service to Sales: From the Dealers Who Are Writing the Playbook, featuring three of the most innovative operators in the industry: Patrick Abad, Jaden Abad, and Luis Veas-Reyes of Beaver Toyota of Cumming.
In every service appointment, you have a captive audience. The opportunity is right there, the challenge is activation. Patrick, Jaden, and Luis are doing it with VINCUE, and they’re bringing their playbooks to ASOTU CON. Dealers who attend this session will leave with proven strategies, behaviors, and processes they can adopt immediately to jumpstart or supercharge acquisition from the service lane.

Our Dealers Can’t Stay Quiet on Google

Launched VINCUE a couple months ago for our dealership as we were previously on vAuto. We love the pricing, software, and the support team is engaging with a lot of new features coming. It was a GREAT decision to switch from vAuto to VINCUE and we are very happy with the new software and support team.

New to the VINCUE family, and I’m very impressed with the immediate support provided by the team. Charlie Basham has been a key factor in getting the dealership started on a great path with the VINCUE system. He has been very responsive to my questions and has made sure I can navigate the key reports and understand the process used. Cheyenne Currier has also been very responsive with merchandising uploads needed by the dealership. I look forward to working with the VINCUE Team in the future.

Was previously with another provider for 16 years but now have been with VINCUE for 6 months and I absolutely love it and would never go back to my old provider. Even if you’re not considering making any changes right now, this is one I would look into and you won’t regret it! What I realized is how behind the times my previous provider is and I didn’t even realize it until I learned about VINCUE!
