SUFFICIENCY

The first step on the VINCUE dealer journey is system Sufficiency. This step is all about learning the software and getting comfortable enough to perform your daily tasks. This step is typically associated with onboarding, which is about training, setup, and getting you live.

EFFICIENCY

Once your team has mastered the fundamentals and feels comfortable with the software, the next phase of your journey will center on Efficiency. This means examining your internal operations and workflows, and evolving them to integrate seamlessly with VINCUE. The goal is to streamline every process and role, making them more efficient and effective.

PROFICIENCY

When your people and process have been successfully integrated with VINCUE data, reports, and workflows, your next step is system Proficiency. This involves going deeper into the VINCUE system to take advantage of additional features, reports, and functions that can provide deeper insights and higher performance.

MAX PERFORMANCE

When you and your team feel Proficient with VINCUE across the inventory lifecycle, you can focus on Maximum Performance. Max Performance means a hyper focus on ROI, using everything you know about your integrated processes and system to maximize dollars and achieve Highest Authentic Value for each vehicle.

We learn a lot about your dealership during the sales cycle, but in Onboarding we dig deep into your processes, goals, and requirements, so that we can find Alignment with VINCUE setup and systems.

SYSTEM SETUP & INTEGRATIONS

While your team is training and preparing for go-live, our technical experts will be setting up your VINCUE system, integrations, and syndications, according to your exact requirements.

BASIC & ADVANCED TRAINING

VINCUE employs a combination of training strategies to make sure every person is sufficiently trained and ready for VINCUE Go-Live.

Go-Live & Monitoring 

Go-Live is an important milestone, but it isn’t the end of Onboarding. We continue to closely monitor and coach your team post-Go-Live until we and you feel confident in transitioning out of onboarding.
