About This Role

We are seeking a Lead in our Integration Engineering Team to be a player coach on a small, specialized team responsible for importing, transforming, and exporting client inventory data during the onboarding process.

In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, clients, and partners participating in meetings to ensure data accuracy and make real-time adjustments to imports. This leadership role requires strong people skills, SQL skills, and a strong commitment to data quality and customer success.

The Experience:

  • Proficient with SQL with strong SQL scripting and query optimization skills.
  • Experience leading or mentoring small technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in client-facing scenario.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prefer you to have knowledge of batch scripting or similar automation tools.
  • Familiarity with data integration techniques such as API or FTP-based transfers are strongly preferred.

What You’ll be doing
  • Lead a small team of onboarding technicians, managing workloads and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers in client meetings to review inventory data and make immediate corrections during onboarding sessions.
  • Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL Server (T-SQL) queries, stored procedures, and batch scripts used for data imports and exports.
  • Oversee data mapping, validation, and cleansing efforts to ensure accurate client data integration.
  • Develop and maintain automated processes to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual interventions.
  • Coordinate data exports to third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with partner requirements.
  • Document procedures, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to the team and stakeholders.
