The Solution

Patriot Auto Group transitioned from multiple vendors to the VINCUE unified platform, streamlining reporting, appraisals, and buying tools into one easy-to-use system. General Manager and Magic Maker David Shoemaker emphasized how this consolidation simplified operations for sales managers and staff. The VINCUE mobile app further enhanced daily workflows by allowing staff to scan vehicles, take photos, and deliver real-time, data-backed appraisals — building trust with customers through transparency.

Training new employees also became faster with VINCUE’s intuitive tools, with some associates mastering appraisals in as little as a week. Shoemaker praised VINCUE’s ongoing partnership and responsiveness, noting how requested enhancements like improved reporting and dashboards were implemented within months. He called VINCUE’s adaptability and innovation “impressive,” underscoring the value of the collaboration.

The Impact

Patriot Auto Group’s partnership with VINCUE has fundamentally changed how the dealership operates, blending trust in both the data and the people behind it. David Shoemaker emphasized the shift from gut instincts to fact-based decision-making, supported by VINCUE’s transparent, data-driven platform.

The onboarding process was smooth, with any minor integration issues quickly resolved by VINCUE’s responsive team. Shoemaker specifically praised the performance managers for their honest feedback and ongoing support, helping the dealership fully leverage the platform’s capabilities.

Looking ahead, Patriot Auto Group continues to optimize its use of VINCUE, expanding private vehicle acquisition through the Vehicle Buying Center and investing in continuous training to keep staff sharp and confident in using the tools. Shoemaker also highlighted the strength of the partnership, describing VINCUE’s collaborative and adaptable approach as “a refreshing change of pace” that fosters long-term growth for both sides.
