  • Confirm Your Registration. Your registration request has been received by the VINCUE Training team. When it is confirmed you will receive another email with additional information and logistics for your specific training.

  • Look for the Email. When your registration is confirmed, you will receive an automated email. If you do not receive that email, check your junk or update your email subscription settings to allow emails from VINCUE. 

  • Airfare. Book your flights in/out of Kansas City International Airport (MCI), approximately 30 minutes from our office and preferred hotel in downtown Kansas City. We recommend arriving before 4:00pm on Day 0 to join us for the Welcome Reception. 

  • Hotel. VINCUE has a discounted corporate rate at The Hotel Indigo in downtown Kansas City. You can Click Here to make your reservation with our corporate discount. 

  • Ground Transportation. We recommend booking a rideshare from the airport to the hotel, which is conveniently located across the street from our office in downtown Kansas City. However, car rental is available from the airport as well.
