Travel & Logistics

Commercial Air Travel

Kansas City’s comercial airport is Kansas City International Airport, airport code MCI. Kansas City’s airport was just recently rebuilt and is an easy, beautiful welcome to the city. MCI is a single terminal airport with baggage claim and ground transportation available on the first floor as you exit the terminal. MCI is approximately 30 minutes from downtown Kansas City where VINCUE HQ is located.

Private Air Travel

Kansas City’s private executive airport code is MKC. The downtown airport is located just 5 minutes from VINCUE HQ. Transportation is easily arranged through the downtown airport.

Ground Transportation

Rideshare and rental cars are available from MCI. All major rental car companies are located at MCI, including Avis, Enterprise, Budget, and Hertz. MCI is also serviced by rideshare providers Uber and Lyft. Both rideshare and rental car shuttle pickup are located in the ground transportation area of the airport. You can expect to pay $20-$60 for rideshare based on the level of vehicle.

Preferred Hotels

The Indigo Hotel Downtown Kansas City is located directly across the street from the VINCUE offices. We have a discounted rate offered through the Indigo.

The Crossroads Hotel is an architecturally award winning hotel located in the Crossroads District, just South of downtown Kansas city. We do not have a discounted rate but recommend for anyone looking for an elevated, luxury experience.

VINCUE Office

VINCUE Address & Location

VINCUE is located in the Lightwell KC building at 1100 Main St Ste 2900, Kansas City, Missouri 64105. You can enter the Lightwell KC building from Main St or Baltimore. To visit our office, locate the main desk on the 2nd floor and check-in as a visitor. You will then take the elevator to the 29th floor.

If you are visiting outside of normal business hours (8am-5pm CST), please coordinate ahead of time with your primary point of contact at VINCUE for access to the building and the office.

Garage Parking

Garage parking is located across the street from VINCUE with an entrance at 1110 Baltimore Ave, Kansas City, MO. Pull into the garage and take a ticket at the gate, parking is available on multiple levels with elevators available for easy access to the floor level. At this time, VINCUE does not provide parking validation.

Rathrooms are located on the 29th and 30th floor:

  • 29th Floor: located in the hallway near the elevators
  • 30th Floor: located in the hallway near the kitchen

Complimentary coffee and a selection of snacks are available for visitors in the office. You’ll find the coffee station and snack area on the 29th and 30th floor near the kitchen. Feel free to help yourself!
