New features. New products. New partnerships. 2018 was a breakout year for DealerCue, but we are far from satisfied. We have big plans for our customers and partners in 2019.
Our mission is to help small and mid-sized dealers compete with the big guys. We’re constantly striving to give you a competitive edge without breaking the bank.
Before we look ahead to 2019, let’s review the highlights from the past year.
2018 in Review
DealerCue underwent major changes in 2018, including new products and features. Our customer base also expanded, including a big-time partnership at the end of the year.
Here are the highlights from 2018:
- RevCue Inventory and Website Management. We kicked off 2018 by launching the RevCue inventory management and website platform. RevCue offers powerful and professional dealership websites for a fraction of the cost of competitors.
- In-Lane Views on VINCUE Mobile. VINCUE gives dealers the best pricing and appraisal data, and now it’s even easier to use on the go. With In-Lane Views on the VINCUE mobile app, dealers can appraise vehicles at the auction.
- Volkswagen Partnership. In November, DealerCue was selected to be the Market Intelligence partner for Volkswagen Group of America. The three-year deal is DealerCue’s first partnership with a major automobile manufacturer, but certainly not the last.
- AdCue Ad Management. Last but not least, DealerCue launched AdCue, an online ad tool to help dealers get the most out of their advertising dollars. AdCue is revolutionizing dealership marketing and was recently named a finalist in the DrivingSales Innovation Cup.
What’s Coming in 2019
None of this success would be possible without our customers. That’s why we have even bigger plans for 2019. Here is what to expect in the coming year:
VINCUE has always been a powerful tool for pricing and appraisals. In 2019, we are making it even easier to use.
We are planning an enhanced version of VINCUE that is more user-friendly and easier to navigate. VINCUE 2.0 will be seamless and intuitive, allowing users to do almost everything from a single page. That means no more jumping around from tab to tab; all the information you need is just a click away.
Don’t worry– current VINCUE users will have no trouble with the new version. It will still look and feel like the VINCUE you know, just easier to use.
Look out for the new VINCUE in the first quarter of 2019.
Full Launch of AdCue
AdCue has been a huge hit since we launched the first version in June 2018, but that was just a small piece of our vision for the product. In 2019, we are rolling out the full version of AdCue with even more powerful features for dealers.
AdCue creates customized ads and targets potential customers with just a click of a button. The new AdCue will make ads even more effective by targeting customers who have already expressed interested in a specific vehicle. Additionally, dealers can track each customer journey from online lead to sale, so they know which ad campaigns work the best.
But we want AdCue to be more than just an advertising tool. AdCue 2.0 will also help dealers make better inventory decisions. Since AdCue knows customer vehicle preferences, dealers can see how many interested buyers are in the area before they stock a car.
Then, dealers can use AdCue to start advertising a vehicle as soon as they purchase it. Dealers will have a list of interested customers by the time the vehicle hits their lot.
Advertising shouldn’t feel like rocket science. AdCue 2.0 will help small and mid-sized dealers compete with the unlimited marketing budgets of large dealerships.
Enhanced RevCue Websites
Your website is your digital showroom, and every little detail counts. That’s why we are launching brand new website designs for RevCue in 2019.
Thanks to data generated by AdCue, we now know which website features convert best, right down to the color of the “Contact Us” button. We are using this information to optimize the design of RevCue websites so dealers see more online leads and sales.
These small changes will make a big difference for dealers. Even a 2-3% increase in conversions could mean tens of thousands of dollars in new sales.
RevCue customers won’t have to do anything to get the new features on their website. We will automatically push out the update when the design changes are ready to go in mid-2019.
