Primary Responsibilities
We’re seeking exceptional Software Developers and Product Engineers to help us build the future of automotive retail. If you’re passionate about solving complex problems, thrive in a collaborative environment, and want to build tools that dealers, retailers, and customers actually rely on, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build scalable, modern SaaS applications for car dealerships and retail partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and dealership stakeholders to deliver high-impact features
- Write clean, maintainable code and help shape our architectural decisions
- Work with real-time data, API integrations, and intuitive user interfaces
- Own features end-to-end and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong software development skills with experience in modern tech stacks (e.g., .NET/Java etc)
- Familiarity with large-scale databases (SQL and others) and scalable system design
- A product mindset—someone who thinks beyond code to deliver real value to users
- Curiosity about (or experience in) the automotive retail space and dealership workflows
- Bonus: Experience with dealership management systems (DMS), CRM, or automotive retail integrations

Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as .NET, Java, or similar
- Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MSSQL, MySQL) and writing efficient, production-grade SQL
- Ability to design and consume RESTful APIs and work with real-time data
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a bias for action
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams (product, design, support, etc.)
Preferred:
- Familiarity with dealership workflows, inventory management systems, or automotive retail platforms
- Experience integrating with third-party APIs, especially within the DMS or CRM ecosystem
- Background in SaaS product development or working in a startup or high-growth company
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar)
- Experience with data visualization, analytics tools, or performance dashboards
- Contributions to open-source projects, tech blogs, or side projects that show your passion and initiative
